Description

Under the authority of FAR 6.302-1, the U.S. Army Robert Morris Acquisition Center, Natick Contracting Division, Natick, MA intends to award a Purchase Order on a sole source basis with American Tomahawk Company LLC, 12509 93rd St, Anderson Island WA 98303; for the purchase of 1200 Tactical Tomahawks. After extensive market research American Tomahawk is found to be the only maker of a Military useful Tomahawk that can meet the Government's stringent delivery requirements of initial fielding if 120 by 25 Feb 2004 and completion of the order by 15Jul 2004.
