- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation, RMK0E040019, is issued as a Request for Quotes (RFQ) under test procedures of FAR 13.5. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition 2001-03. The North American Industry classification (NAICS) code is 454311 and the business size maximum is 100 Employees. This requirement is unrestricted. This office is requesting quotes on the following items: 0001 15,000 (Quantity) Gallons (Unit) of L.P. Gas for Dennehotso Baording School, Dennehotso, Arizona The L.P. Gas shall be delivered to Three (3)- 2,000 Gallon Tanks. 0002 35,000 (Quantity) Gallons (Unit) of L.P. Gas for Red Lake Day School; Tonalea, Arizona. The L.P. Gas shall be delivered to One (1)-12,000 Gallon Fuel Tank. The amount of gallons per school are estimates only and may increase or decrease during the period of performance. The L.P. Gas shall be used for institutional heating at the above referenced locations. Closing Date of Quote is January 20, 5:00pm local time. Contractors may fax their responses to (505) 248-6941. Please include your TAX ID Number, CAGE Number (www.ccr.gov) and DUNS Number when submitting your quote.
