- Description
- The work includes lead paint removal, demolition and installation of new electrical, lighting, HVAC, telephone and LAN and plumbing systems, doors, windows, ceiling and toilets and incidental related work. Proposed contract is 100% Hub-Zone set-aside with a North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code of 236210 and Size Standard of $28.5 Million. Estimated cost range is between $500,000.00 and $1,000,000.00. Plans and specifications will be available on or about 2 February 2004. Bid opening date will be on or about 3 March 2004. This solicitation is available in electronic format only. Official access to the solicitation is via the Internet at the NAVFAC E-Solicitations (ESOL) website: http://www.esol.navfac.navy.mil and may be downloaded free of charge. All documents will be in the Adobe Acrobat PDF file format via the Internet. The Acrobat Reader, required to view the PDF files, can be downloaded free-of-charge from the Adobe website. Contractors are encouraged to register for the solicitation when downloading from the ESOL website.
