- The Carderock Division Naval Surface Warfare Center intends to negotiate a sole source procurement with George Mason University. The contractor shall investigate the development of alternative re-configurable robust control algorithms by utilizing NSWCCD RNN generated various fault scenario data, simulation data, and stochastic based noisy measurement (sensor) environments. Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements under the authority of FAR 6.302.1.
