Description

1 lot Engineering drawing updates and gas purge flow control system. This requirement sahll be negotiated on a sole source basis with Combustion Technology LLC per FAR 6.302. Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement or submit proposals, which will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. A determination not to compete this action based upon responses received to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. FOB destination delivery shall be required. Delivery dates: February 27, 2004 and March 31, 2004. This procurement is subject to the Trade Agreement Act of 1979. This solicitation and all subsequent amendments will be posted to the NECO website: http://www.neco.navy.mil. Electronic submissions of proposals/quotes is not available at this time.
