- Description
- MCLC Albany intends to negotiate a firm fixed price contract with the original equipment manufacturer, Oshkosh Truck Corporation, the only known supplier for the HEMTT PARTS KITS. The following part numbers apply: Cage 45152 Part Number PKM977, Part Number PKM978 and Part Number PKM984. Each kit consists of numerous parts with varying quantities. The Government does not have a Technical Data Package for a competitive acquisition. This action is unrestricted and has a NAICS code of 33635 and the size standard is 750 employees. A formal solicitation will not be issued and the solicitation number is for reference purposes only. Any responsible party may submit a proposal for this requirement, which may be considered by the agency.
