- NAICS Code: 924110 The ENVIRONMENTAL PROTECTION AGENCY (EPA) intends to issue a purchase order on a sole source basis to Nutter & Associates, 1073 S. Milledge Avenue, Athens, GA 30605 under the authority of FAR 13.106-1 (b)(1) for Hydrological Analysis & Wetland Hyrdology Arnet. THIS NOTICE OF INTENT IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE QUOTES. However, all interested parties who identify their interest and capability to respond to this requirement within 10 calendars of the published date of this notice will be considered. Interested parties must express their interest and capabilities in writing to: U.S. EPA, Procurement Section 14th Floor, 61 Forsyth Street, Atlanta, GA 30303, ATTN: Janice Spady, by facsimile at 404-562-8370 or by email at spady.janice@epa.gov. Documents over 10 pages will not be excepted by facsimile. Verification of receipt of fax and email transmission is the sole responsibility of the contractor. No solicitation will be issued, therefore, all requests for the solicitation will be considered non-responsive. A determination not to compete this action based upon responses received is in the sole discretion of the Government. This requirement is 100% set-aside for small business concerns. If no responses are received, an award shall be made to Nutter & Associates.
