Description

The Air Force intends to issue a solicitation to install two line stops and gate valves and boxes, four couplings for A/C to C900, and install two twenty-foot sections of C900 water main pipe to replace existing asbestos line. The contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, tools, materials, supervision, and other items and services necessary to complete this job. The solicitation will be issued on 8 December 2003 with a response date/time of 12 December 2003/3PM EST. All contractors must be registered in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) in order to be eligible for award. The procurement is 100% small business set-aside. NAICS code is 238910 with a Size Standard of $12,000,000 in gross annual revenues. Services will be procured pursuant to the requirements in FAR Part 13, Simplified Acquisition Procedures. The RFP will be posted via the Internet at www.eps.gov. Interested parties must obtain copies of the RFP from the Internet; no copies will be mailed.
