Description: NA The Supply Category is 15; Request for Proposal (RFP) DAAH23-03-R-0004, AH1/UH1 Helicopter/T53 Engine Commercial Support Services (CSS) in support of the AMCOM Security Assistance Management Directorate (SAMD) Fair Share Sustainment Program (FSSP), provide s for a full range of aviation-related engineering services, configuration management, maintenance, overhaul, airframe and component modification and conversion, technical assistance, materiel management/supply support, and training for the following aircr aft and turbine engines (to include related components, avionics, and armaments): UH-1H/V Utility Helicopter and Commercial Variants; AH-1E, AH-1F, AH-1P, and AH-1S Attack Helicopters, T53-L-13B and T53-L-703 Turbine Engines and commercial replacements. The contract contains bundled requirements. Any affected small businesses may contact the Small Business Administration Procurement Center Representative at (256) 876-4513. It is anticipated that the Government will award a full and open competitive, bes t-value, single-award Indefinite-Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (ID/IQ) contract, with a Period of Performance of 10 years (5 years with five one-year options). The Government anticipates issuing the formal Request for Proposal by 24 Jul 2003 pending regulat ory approval on the AMCOM Public Website under Current AMCOM Business Opportunities (Title: Foreign Military Sales for Commercial Support Services), Web Address: https://wwwproc.redstone.army.mil/acquisition/current_business.html. The formal RFP will not b e distributed in hard copy. All firms that responded to the draft RFP will receive an e-mail notification of RFP publication.
