Description

DEMOLITION, Solicitation No.: GS-02P-04-DTC-0020, Federal Office Building, 799 United Nations Plaza, New York, New York. Demolition of the existing building with hazardous materials located at 799 United Nations Plaza, New York, NY. The building is a 12-story building of approximately 60,000 square feet with a 2-story auditorium attached by corridor. The building has four elevators and a basement with parking. Estimated cost range is between $1,500,000.00 to $3,000,000.00. This solicitation is being set aside for Small Business Firms Only, and issued under the North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code 238910- Demolition of Buildings or Other Structures Construction Contractors. A small business concern under this procurement is any business concerns having a three-year average gross sales/receipts of $12,000,000.00 or less. This solicitation includes Sensitive But Unclassified (SBU) building information. Documents will only be provided to authorized bidders. The following information must be provided prior to receipt of contract documents: 1) Copy of Valid Business License, 2) Verification of a valid DUNS number, 3) Valid IRS Tax ID Number, and if sending an individual to pick up documents after receiving authorization, individual must provide a Valid picture state driver?s license along with a completed Document Security Notice form. Pre-Solicitation Notices will be mailed on January 16, 2004. Bidding documents will be available on or about January 27, 2004. The Bid Opening will be February 26, 2004, Project NNY99001
