- PR-No.: IQC03353009005. NSN 5990-00-110-1153. SYNCHRO, RECEIVER-TR. F.O.B. Destination. Government source inspection is required. Qualified Products List QPL-AS20708-1 applies. For requested delivery times see clause F12a of the solicitation. Various quantity increments solicited: 4 thru 9, 10 thru 19, 20 thru 29, 30 thru 39, 40 thru 49, 50 thru 59. All shipments are to be CONUS. All responsible sources may submit an offer that shall be considered. Full and Open Competition applies. See notes 1, 9, 23, and 26. This solicitation is an RFP and will be available on the Internet at http://dibbs.dscc.dla.mil/rfp/ on its issue date of February 6, 2004. Hard copies of this solicitation are not available. Requests should include the RFP number, opening/closing date, NSN, Purchase Request Number (e.g. YPC/YPE/IQC), buyer?s name and your complete name and address. See clause L03 for further specs information. This solicitation is restricted to Small Businesses. The small business size standard is 1000 employees. QPL approved source is: Axsys Technologies, Inc. (10112). The proposed procurement is a solicitation for a 12-month Indefinite Quantity Type Contract, with four (4) 12-month option periods. The total duration shall not exceed 5 years. While price may be a significant factor in the evaluation of offers, the final award decision will be based on a combination of price, delivery, past performance and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation.
