Description: The Aberdeen Area Indian Health Service is currently seeking potential bidder's for a Firm Fixed-Price, Non-Personal Healthcare service contract for a board certified Radiologist to read x-ray films for the Eagle Butte PHS, IHS Hospital, Eagle Butte, South Dakota. There will be 18 bi-weekly on-site visits and the hours will be from 9:00am to 1:00pm. The period of performance will be April 1, 2004 through September 30, 2004. This is a Small Business Set-Aside request. Requests for RFQ-04-033 shall be in writing either by email or telefax at 605-226-7669 and it will be made available approximately 15 days after the date of publication.
