- Description
- Customs and Border Protection (CBP) plans to hold a 3 day meeting in the Washington, DC area for 250 people in June 2004. Lodging will be directly paid by the attendees and not by a Purchase Order. We require a General Session meeting room for 250 people, classroom style, with flipchart, screen, head table with podium and microphone, a microphone on either side, 2 wireless mikes, 1 handheld wireless mike on headtable, 3 wireless mikes in the audience, wiring and a small table for infocus/proxima projector. Eight breakout rooms, hollow square with wiring for projector and flip chart (3 rooms to seat 50-60 and 5 rooms to seat 25-40). Morning and afternoon light refreshments will be required.
