- Item Description: SHIFT TOWER ASSEMBLY. NSN: 2590-01-384-1438 . Being bought in accordance with Army (19207) Drawing 12389490 and all current related data. Quantity of 46 Each to be delivered in 180 days to New Cumberland PA (9 Each), Texarkana TX (27 Each), Anniston AL(5 Each), and Tracy CA (5 Each ). The solicitation will be available on its issue date of 10 Feb 04 at http://dibbs.dscccols.com/rfp . This is a 100% Small Business Set Aside. All responsible sources, meeting SBA Small Business requirements, may submit an offer/quote which shall be considered. There is a 100% option which may or may not be used at the Government?s discretion . See notes 1, 9 and 26. If the applicable drawings are not posted at the above website, see Clause L07 Availability of Drawings, on how to obtain the drawing. While price may be a significant factor in the evaluation of offers, the final award decision will be based upon a combination of price, delivery, past performance, and other evaluation factors, as described in the solicitation.
