- NSN: 2590001218990, YPC04005000839, SHIELD KIT, MACHINE GUN. Made in accordance with Army Drawing 11660854 and all current related data. Quantity of 109 is to be delivered within 210 days to New Cumberland (78 each) and Stockton CA (31 each). Additional quantity indicated in the quantity ranges would be to the same two locations within the same delivery unless otherwise specified. All responsible small business sources may submit an offer, which shall be considered. See Notes: 1 and 26. The solicitation will be available in FedBizOpps on its issue date of February 11, 2004. The Small Business size standard is 500 employees. Drawings/specifications will be available through the DIBBS or SRweb solicitation link in the synopsis on the solicitation issue date. While price may be a significant factor in the evaluation of offers, the final award decision will be based upon a combination of price, delivery, past performance and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation.
