- PR No: LTC04015017459: This solicitation will contain two (2) NSNs for a C-5 Fork, Slot Door Fairing. This solicitation is for award of an indefinite quantity contract. The award will be for a base year and four option years. The OEM is Lockheed Martin (Cage 98897). The NSNs and Annual Estimated Quantity (AEQ) for each are as follows: 1) NSN: 1560-00-164-9612; P/N: 4F72726-101A, Rev A; AEQ is 30 each for base year and each option year. Delivery: 256 days ARO; 2) NSN: 1560-00-172-0280; P/N: 4F72725-101A, Rev A; AEQ is 24 each for base year and each option year. Delivery: 262 days ARO; FOB/Acceptance at Origin. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. The solicitation issue date is on or about 10 Feb 04. The anticipated award date is 10 Apr 04. Reference notes 1, 23 and 26.
