CHANGE PRLI: 0001,QTY:280 Est Annual,U/I EA,Delivery 60 DARO. Dest:Any Conus stock facility.Other than full and open (10U.S.C.2304 (c)(1) (FAR6.302-1). Sole Source (FAR 6.302). Unrestricted. Solicitation will result in an indefinite qty contract (IQC) for the base year and 4 option years. Solicitation issue date is 20 Feb 04. Solicitation will be available on the procurement gateway on the solicitation issue of date and not before. The Government contemplates award of a firm fixed price (FFP) contractact resulting from this solicitation. This procurement is unrestricted. Other than full and open. ALL OTHER TERMS REMAIN THE SAME.
