- Description
- Anticipate a FFP Indefinite Quantity contract, RFP, Unrestricted, other than full and open competition after exclusion of sources, commercial item for Grease Aircraft and Instrument, QPL applies. I/A/W MIL-PRF-27617F, NSN 9150-01-007-4384 for estimated annual quantity of 2,805 TU. Stock requirement, Stock location SRG, Richmond, VA and AQ5, Tracy, CA. MSDS and hazard warning labels are required. COS is coded Y therefore the solicitation is IAW Far Part 12. This is a critical application item, shelf life TYPE II 24 MOS. This item is used in a mercury free environment and must adhere to the requirements as specified in mercury free drawing 13873-03-0001. RFP will result in a base year plus four (4) option years to the stock locations. The item has inspection and acceptance origin, QAP 004. The solicitation will contain EPA provisions and does not contain progress payments, quantity variance plus 5% minus 5%, delivery is 34 days ARO. A copy of the solicitation will be available via the DLA Procurement Gateway on or about February 12, 2004 at http://progate.dla.mil/on the same issue date cited in the RFP.
