- R-The Natural Resources Conservation Service has a requirement for auditing services in Alaska. The proposed contractor shall provide all labor, equipment, materials, supplies, transportation and travel required to perform a post-award financial and performance audit on the Upper Susitna Soil and Water Conservation District, a sub-grantee of the Alaska Association of Conservation Districts awarded grant agreements with the Natural Resources Conservation Service.
