- On June 30, 2003, a public announcement was issued for the A-76 Study Acquisition for Logistics Services for the National Nuclear Security Administration (refer to Special Notice/Solicitation Number DOE-SNOTE-030630-002). This notice amends that public announcement to change the type of competition from a standard competition to a streamlined competition consistent with OMB Circular Number A-76 (Revised), dated May 29, 2003.
