- Description
- This request is a Request for Quote (RFQ) No. SINLEC-04-Q-0006. The Government intends to award a firm, fixed purchase order for one new Sports Utility Vehicle. Specifications: Sports Utility Vehicle, New/Unused, 4X4, Automatic Transmission, AM/FM Radio, Third Row Seat with Capacity for 7 Passengers, Power Windows/Door Locks, Tinted Glass, Air Conditioning. Any Color available. Interested Vendors shall submit pricing as well as complete technical Specifications of vehicle being offered. Offerors shall state their standard warranty for vehicle use in Panama in their response to the RFQ. Delivery will be to the U.S. Despatch Agent, 7789 NW St., Bldg H, Suite 250, Miami, Florida 33166; telephone 305-640-4574, Fax 305-715-3502. The contractor will be required to coordinate delivery with freight forwarder. POC: Steve Watts. Purchase order number must be marked on the outside of vehicle. Pricing MUST include pre-paid shipping to U.S. Despatch Agent/Miami via surface. Packaging, packing and preservation shall be in accordance with best commercial practices to enable shipment to CONUS destination and onward shipment to Panama without repacking or incurring damage during shipment and handling. Prices should be FOB destination Miami. Award will be made based on the basis of best value for the U.S. Government, price and technical attributes considered. This RFQ closes at 12:00 PM ET on February 5, 2004. Please provide your Quotation via FAX or E-Mail. This is a small business set aside.
