- Combined Synopsis Solicitation (i) This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and written solicitation will not be issued. (ii) Solicitation Number: FA4800-04-T-Z801 This solicitation is being issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). (iii) N/A (iv) This solicitation is a 100% small business set-aside, and is under NAICS code: 423430 (v) See below for item description. Description Quantities 1. R2670B FDMA Comm Analyzer 1 each 2. RLN5237A Service Manual 1 each (vi) The requirements listed above are parts for computer equipment. (vii) The items described herein must be delivered within 15 days after receipt of order (ARO). The items are to be delivered to: 1 CS/SCC, Langley Air Force Base, VA 23665. All items will be inspected and accepted at the FOB destination. (viii) The following FAR provisions are hereby incorporated into this combined synopsis solicitation 52.212-1 and 52.212-3 (ix) This requirement will be evaluated based on price and delivery time with price being the most important factor. (x) Offerors must include a completed copy of the provision at FAR 52.212-3, Offeror of Representations and Certifications with your offer. (xi) The Clause at FAR 52.212-4, Contract Terms and Conditions?Commercial Items, applies to this acquisiton.
