Description
SOURCES SOUGHT SYNOPSIS: The 42d Contracting Squadron is seeking sources for a commercial-off-the shelf integrated Civil Law Case Management System (CMS) for the Air Force Legal Information Services Directorate (AFLSA/JAS), Maxwell AFB AL, in support of the Air Force Legal Services Agency, Civil Law and Litigation Directorate (AFLSA/JAC), and customization tools, installation service, customer support, training, and maintenance for the CMS. Additional software components, data migration services, and customization services may be acquired by option. The government does not intend to award a contract on the basis of this sources sought synopsis or otherwise pay for the information requested. The purpose of the market research (Sources Sought Synopsis) is to determine possible sources. The basic requirements are: 1) CMS Server Software 2) Indefinite quantity of licenses for customization tools with the ability to create & modify tables, forms, field labels, data attributes, and reports through a graphical user interface and ability to specify software events based on business rules using a scripting or programming language. 3) Installation and configuration of CMS server software components 4) End user training 5) System administration training 6) Software support 7) Services for customizing the CMS to establish an AFLSA/JAC Initial Operating Capability (IOC) 8) Migration of data from a single MySQL legacy database resident on an AFLSA/JAS server to the new CMS 9) Software for Integration with Outlook 10) Integration with LexisNexis or Westlaw 11) Interface with a web based Document Management System (either a module of the CMS server software (an internal Document Management System) or an external Document Management System supplied by another vendor) 12) Additional customization. Firms responding to this sources sought are asked to provide sufficient information (brochures, past experiences on similar projects, etc.) in order to validate their capabilities and resources to provide the requirements stated above.
