Request for Performers, Acts, and Announcers Gulf Coast Salute Air Show 2004 All responses are due 30 January 2004 at 12:00 (noon)CST. Tyndall AFB is searching for various air show performers/acts for an upcoming air show March 26th, 27th and 28th 2004. The Gulf Coast Salute Committee is looking for a wide variety of aircraft and performances to perform at this years show. Contractor will furnish all labor, tools, materials, facilities, and transportation necessary to perform the following service, unless otherwise stated. Night performances will be required on 26 March 04 and day performances on the 27th and 28th of March 04. Night and day performances should be priced separately. Performances will include aerobatic routines for each day of the air show, two flights may be authorized per day if needed/quoted. Mock dogfights will be permitted if aircraft are available and agreed to by all parties. Performance times are estimated at 17 minutes per aerobatic routine and 7 minutes per mock dogfight. Air show arrival will be no later than 12:00pm CST 26 March 2004 and departure no later than 12:00pm CST 29 March 2004. This requirement includes an air show announcer for each day of the air show. The announcer must report to the announcer?s table at 7:30am CST for each day of the show. Other possible events could include jet truck race, evening pyrotechnic shows, etc. Government will provide lodging, rental vehicle, smoke oil, fuel and engine oil The government will contract for services based on funding, being able to get the most shows for our budget.
