Description: The Naval Facility Contracts Office (NAVFACCO), Port Hueneme, CA 93043 intends to award a contract to Project Control, 504 Bay Avenue, Cape Charles, VA 23310-0351 to provide services as follow-on to a previous contract for which commercial basic software was modified to meet the government?s requirement. Project Control is the only responsible source that meets the requirement because they developed and customized the software and by re-modification, it will not be cost effective to the government. The purchase order is Firm Fixed Price (FFP).
