Description

OFFICE SPACE REQUIRED Cheyenne, Wyoming The Federal Government has a requirement for approximately 8,320 useable square feet (USF), of which 6,695 USF shall be office and related space and 1,625 shall be warehouse space. Additionally, a 5,000 ware yard shall be provided. All space shall be contiguous and on the ground floor. There is also a requirement for five (5) reserved parking spaces and additional parking sufficient for thirty (30) non-reserved parking spaces. The initial tenant is expected to be the United States Fish and Wildlife Service. Offered space must fully meet the Uniform Federal (handicapped) Accessibility Standards. Space offered must not be located within the 100 year flood plain. Space offered must be located within the city of Cheyenne, Wyoming. Only properties which are contained within the city boundaries or which front directly on them will be considered for the procurement. Occupancy is required on or before January 1, 2005.
