- Description
- The U.S. General Service Administration is seeking expressions of interest in leasing approximately 65,000 rentable square feet (to yield a minimum of 55,000 BOMA Office Area square feet) of quality office space in Newark N.J. Lease term will be ten (10) years with the Government having cancellation rights after the five (5) years. This space is to be located within the Central Business Area of Newark, N.J. This is not a request for competitive proposals. However, the Government will consider all responses. A determination not to complete this proposed lease contract is solely within this discretion of the Government.
