- LONG RANGE BROADCAST SYSTEM (LRBS) ANALYSIS OF ALTERNATIVES (AOA) This is a combined solicitation/synopsis. An electronic copy of the RFP is available from the primary point of contact at the email address indicated at the end of this synopsis. A brief description of the Scope of work is listed below. SCOPE: The scope of this study is to investigate various alternatives for a long range broadcast system (LRBS), which is constructed of state-of-the-art technologies and systems, capable of delivering Psychological Operations (PSYOP) broadcast messages and products into denied areas, in a format which can be received by target audiences, while serving as the most effective means of delivery for opinion persuasion, and remaining fully interoperable with the overall Psychological Operations Broadcast System (POBS) architecture.
