This advertisement is a combined synopsis and solicitation in accordance with FAR Part 12. The solicitation number is FA8104-04-R-48711. FAR clauses 52.212-4 and 5 are applicable. The requirement is restricted to CFM International in accordance with FAR Part 6.302-1.
