- This announcement constitutes a Sources Sought Synopsis (SSS). 311 HSW/YASK, Brooks City Base is seeking sources for a three year requirements repair type contract to Repair/Overhaul, Pull Handle Catapult. National Stock Number (NSN) 1680-00-702-9382MH, Part Number (P/N) MBEU1610H5, Technical Order Number 135A5-37-3. Contractor shall furnish all plant, facilities, labor, equipment, special tools, test equipment, and materials necessary to repair/overhaul Pull Handle Catapult to serviceable condition in accordance with Technical Order 13A5-37-3. Deviation to the technical order is not authorized. Contractor shall provide all hardware/software to include Internet connectivity. Security access information shall be obtained using DISA Form 41. Contractor shall furnish all parts no government furnished materials or equipment is authorized. Firms possessing the capabilities to accomplish this requirement are invited to submit a statement of qualification, enclose product information/catalogues, current GSA or other schedule information and pricelist/schedules. THE SUBMISSION OF THIS INFORMATION IS FOR PLANNING PURPOSES ONLY AND IS NOT TO BE CONSTRUED AS A COMMITMENT BY THE GOVERNMENT TO PAY FOR THE INFORMATION RECEIVED.
