- This sources sought is a modification of the first source sought announcement Reference number N00019-04-P1-AZ001 dated 17 July 2003. If any interested source desires to receive a copy of the Draft BLU-97B/B Technical Data Package prior to arranging a technical briefing as provided in the first announcement, please direct your request by email to Ms. Lori Frame at FrameLA@navair.navy.mil . Interested parties are still required to notify the Government point of contact, per the first announcement, by 31 August 2003 to arrange for a technical capability briefing to the Government program team. NOTE: THIS NOTICE WAS NOT POSTED TO FEDBIZOPPS.GOV ON THE DATE INDICATED IN THE NOTICE ITSELF (24-JUL-2003). IT ACTUALLY APPEARED OR REAPPEARED ON THE FEDBIZOPPS SYSTEM ON 23-JAN-2004.
