- Description
- The Naval Air Warfare Center Aircraft Division Lakehurst intends to negotiate a contract for the procurement of one (1) each of the following: CRALTS CCA, P/N 3260AS122-1, CRALTS CCA, P/N 3260AS125-1, CRALTS CCA, P/N 3260AS127-1, CRALTS CCA, P/N 3260AS129-1, CRALTS CCA, P/N 3260AS130-1, CRALTS CCA, P/N 3260AS121-1, CRALTS ASSY UUT Power, P/N 3260AS311-1, Cable Assy Measurement, P/N 3260AS306-1, Cable Assy Measurement, P/N 3260AS307-1, Cable Assy, P/N 3260AS308-1, Cable Assy, P/N 3260AS309-1, Connector Front Panel, P/N MS27468T15B5P. The Government does not own specifications or drawings to permit full and open competition. The Government intends to procure this item under the authority of 10 U.S.C. 2304( c)(1), as implemented by FAR 6.302-1. Metric Systems Corporation as the designer, developer, and sole manufacturer of the items to be acquired, is the only known source with the knowledge, experience and technical data necessary for the manufacture of this requirement. Firms that recognize and produce the required items are encouraged to identify themselves. All responsible sources may submit a proposal which may be considered by the Government in determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. A determination by the Government not to open the requirement to competition base on the responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. See numbered note 22.
