Description: Architectural work includes installing steel support and metal flashing for roof fan. Remove existing door louver and fill opening/refinish. Mechanical work includes to install and to remove exhaust roof fan, and anesthesia scavenger unit with associate work. Electrical work includes providing a power supply and wiring for roof fan, exhaust fans and anesthesia scavenger unit. Asbestos abatement work is included. NOTE: THIS PROJECT WILL BE PERFORMED IN ITS ENTIRETY IN THE COUNTRY OF JAPAN. THE SUCCESSFUL OFFEROR MUST BE LICENSED AND REGISTERED TO PERFORM WORK IN THE COUNTRY OF JAPAN
