Description: BASE-WIDE CUSTODIAL SERVICES: 1) This is an amendment to reopen the combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial services prepared in accordance with the format in FAR SubPart 12-6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. Solicitation will be issued on 27 January 04. The closing date is 18 February 2004. Solicitation will be uploaded to this site. A Pre-Proposal meeting is scheduled for 0900 6 February 2004.
