Description: This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for 2 (TWO) LINE ITEMS. LINE ITEM 1 (ONE)IS FOR 1 (ONE) GERBER EDGE2 BUNDLE PACKAGE: CONSISTING OF EDGE2 THERMAL PRINTER, ENVISION 375 PLOTTER, AND OMEGA 2.0 SOFTWARE. LINE ITEM 2 (TWO)IS FOR SET-UP AND 2 (TWO ) DAYS OF TRAINING. This procurement will be done in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation, quotations are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation number W91364-04-Q-0005 is issued as Request for Quotations (RFQ). This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through FAC 2001-14 and DCN 20030620. T his acquisition is 100% set aside for small business with preference going to: (in this order) 8(a) Hubzone, Small Disadvantaged, Women-Owned, Service Disabled and Price is the second factor. The SIC Code is: 3559 small business size standard is 500 empl oyees. There are 2 (TWO) contract line item(s), which will be delivered to the 180th Fighter Wing. Solicitation provision at far 52.212-1, instructions to offeror-commercial items (Jan. 2004) is hereby incorporated by reference. FAR clauses 52.212-4 cont ract terms and conditions-commercial items (Oct. 2003) and 52.212-5 (Jan. 2004), contract terms and conditions required to implement statutes or executive orders-commercial items are incorporated by reference. The following paragraphs apply to this solici tation and any resultant contract (b)(5) 52.219-8, (b)(12) 52.222-26, (b)(13)52.222-35, (b)(14)52.222-36, (b)(15)52.222-37, (b)(24)52.232-33 and (b)(28)(i)52.247-64. DFARS clause 252-212-7001, contract terms and conditions required to implement statutes o r executive orders applicable to defense acquisitions of commercial items, is hereby incorporated by reference, with additional DFAR clauses included in this solicitation and any resultant contract, as follows: (b)(5)252.222-7001, (b)(15)252-225-7036.
