Required delivery with First Article is 235 each 368 Days After Contract Award (DACA). Required delivery with Article II is 235 each 306 DACA . Required delivery without First Article is 235 each 245 DACA. This item is 100% Small Business Set-Aside. The Government has rights to the technical data, the data package is complete, and there are no technical data, engineering, tooling or manufact uring restrictions. All responsible sources may submit an offer, which shall be considered by the Agency. Firms that recognize and can produce the required item described above are encouraged to identify themselves. The closing date annotated is an esti mated date and may be adjusted dependent upon the date of release for solicitation however; the solicitation will not close prior to the date stated above. By U.
