- CONTACT Joseph Musci, General Engineer 732 532-4773. The U.S. Army is seeking to identify vendors who have the capability and knowledge of overhauling and repairing the DGM Equipments. The work could take place in various locations to include the Con tractor's plants,Tobyhanna Army Depot, and military bases such as Fort Hood, Fort Bragg etc. Another location could be SWA.
