Copies of the RFP are available on DSCC web-site http://dibbs.dscccols.com/rfp after 03 November 2003 Proposed procurement contains a 100% Option for Increased Quantity for Noun: Multi – Meter under NSN 6625-01-290-1922. Approved source: Fluke Corporation (89536) P/N: 27 STD I/A/W LO4040. Specifications, plans or drawings are available. Other than Full and Open Competition applies. This is an Unrestricted procurement. Unit of issue is EACH. While price may be a significant factor in the evaluation of offers, the final award may be based upon a combination of price, delivery, past performance and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. Various increments solicited from 250 to 4999. Destinations may include any of DSCC stock sites. Origin inspection is requested. The packaging must be done I/A/W LO4040.
