- NSN: 6610-00-242-0609 P/N: EA308-1 And NSN: 6610-00-531-2759 P/N: EA308-10 Noun: POSITION INDICATORs Item Description: Repair of Telescoping Position Indicator (EA-308-1) and Azimuth Position Indicator (EA-308-10). One-year requirement contract with four one-year options. Applicable to: KC-135D and EC-135C Destination: To be determined. Delivery: April 2004 ? April 2008 Qualification Requirements: Sources must be qualified prior to being considered for award. The solicitation will contain instructions for obtaining further information on this requirement. The qualification requirements are available upon request. Qualification requirements apply to all line items. The approximate issue date of the solicitation will be 11 Feb 2004. The approximate response date of the solicitation will be 12 Mar 2004. The anticipated award date will be 12 Apr 2004. Written and electronic procedure will be used for this solicitation. No telephone requests. Copies of the solicitation must be obtained from the FedBizOpps website at www.eps.gov. Data must be obtained from the TeDs website at www.dodteds.com only after the solicitation has been issued. The solicitation will identify the office where additional information can be obtained concerning qualification requirements. Note: The proposed contract is 100% set aside for small business concerns. Note: An Ombudsman has been appointed to hear concerns from offerors or potential Offerors during the proposal development phase of this acquisition. The purpose of the Ombudsman is not to diminish the authority of the program director or contracting officer, but to communicate contractor concerns, issues, disagreements, and recommendations to the appropriate government personnel. When requested, the Ombudsman will maintain strict confidentiality as to source of the concern. The Ombudsman does not participate in the evaluation of proposals or in the source selection process.
