Description: This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation number W912CN-04-T-0313 IS ISSUED AS A Request for Quote (RFQ), and incorporates provisions and clauses those are in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 90-45. Th e North American Industry Classification System code is 423840, with a small business standard of 500 employees. The acquisition is a firm-fixed contract. Armed F orces Merchandise Outlet Product number 21192 with the following salent features: 23.5 GALLON LOCKER, Thick walls and a reinforced lid, and rust-proof, heavy-duty plastic with Air vents, secured with metal clamps, lockable (molded-in clasp), full length pi ano hinge, Handles are molded into the sides with strap handle on the front, Black, size: 32 inch x17 inch x12.25 inch.
