This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This document and incorporated prov isions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 01-19. The Small Business Competitiveness Demonstration Program is not applicable. Repair and completion of ASAM UH-60-03-02 on items listed as follows by serial number: (1) M /R blade Assy S/N A007-05675 P/N 70150-09100-43 NSN 1650-01-106-1903 TSN 1368. Repair hole in upper leading edge of blade burned through during deice testing 20?????? from cuff. Paint if necessary. Complete ASAM on blade cuff; (2) M/R Blade Assy S/N A007 -01045 P/N 70150-09100-043 NSN 1650-01-106-1903. Suspect leak in spar at or behind tip cap in inspection zone 4. Complete ASAM on blade cuff; (3) M/R Blade Assy SN A007-00574 P/N 70150-09100-043 NSN 1650-01-106-1903. Skin debond bottom size zone 4 stati on 300 (void 11?????? long, 3?????? from trailing edge, 5?????? from leading edge). Complete ASAM on blade cuff; (4) M/R Blade Assy A007-00951 P/N 70150-09100-043 NSN 1650-01-106-1903. Two small disbands or root area between station 30 and station 60 upp er side. Complete ASAM on blade cuff; (5) T/R Assy SN A009-00992 PN 70101-31000-043 NSN 1650-01-113-8188. Repair shorted deice boot and replace center bushing (corrosion). Completion date is 45 days from receipt of order. Upon completion of repairs, th e blades are to be returned to Tennessee National Guard, Army Aviation Support Facility #1, Building 682, Smyrna Airport, Smyrna, TN 37167. Must quoted delivered price, FOB destination. Service Contract Act Wage Rates for the city and state in which rep airs will be made are applicable.
