Description

This is a revised submission The United States Army Communication Electronics Command (USACECOM) proposes to award a sole source five year, Firm Fixed Price, Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity contract under the authority of 10 U.S.C. 2304 (c) (1), Only One Responsible Source, as implemented by FAR 6.302-1(a) (1), to Goodrich Corporation in Danbury, CT for various spare parts for the AN/AVR-2 and AN/AVR (V) Laser Detecting Set. The contract shall be for the following items: Sensor Units, SU-208 (P)/AVR-2A (V) (NSN 5865-01-461-0161 ), Sensor Units, SU-130A/AVR-2A (V) (NSN 5860-01-346-2246), Interface Comparator Unit (NSN 5865-01-345-1264), Detector Head Assembly (NSN 6635-01-466-2082), CCA, Band III Analog (NSN 5998-01-380-3937), CCA, Sensor Processor (NSN 5998-01-381-0987), CCA, Opt ical Bite (NSN 5998-01-260-7629), Motherboard Assembly (NSN 5998-01-380-3929), CCA, Interface (NSN 5998-01-383-3143), Power Supply, DC-DC Converter (NSN 6130-01-380-3926), Printer Wiring Flex Assembly (NSN 5995-01-380-3931), User Data Module (NSN 5810-01-3 94-7123), Optoelectronics Display CCA (NSN 5998-01-413-2640), MX-11451/AVR-2 Cover Assembly, CCA, Emission Verification (NSN 5998-01-200-7633), and Power Supply Assembly (NSN 6130-01-286-6557). The total estimated value of the proposed action is $29.8M. T he initial order shall satisfy the contract minimum order requirements. Although the Government possesses the technical data for the spare parts for the LDS, the technical data does not contain sufficient information on the system integrated circuits for a competitive solicitation. Solicitation Number W15P7T-04-R-A606 will be issued in electronic format and only an electronic proposal response will be accepted.
