- This modification is issued to inform all potential offerors of the revised scheduled for this procurement. The site visit/pre-proposal conference is scheduled for February 11, 2004 at 9:30 AM, Central Time (the time is revised). Technical proposals are due to the office of the Contracting Officer on Wednesday, February 25, 2004 at 2:00 PM, Central Time (the date is revised). The submission of prices is scheduled for Wednesday, March 24, 2004 between the time of 10:00 AM and 12:00 PM (the time and date are revised). All prices will be submitted on the GSA reverse auction website at http://webproc.gsa.gov. It is to the offerors advantage to visit the website, register, and go through the tutorial. The estimated start date for the project is revised to May 1, 2004 (the date is revised). Also, this modification is issued to inform all potential offerors of the NAICS code and size standard. The NAICS code for this procurement is 561210 with a size standard of $30,000,000. Full Maintenance Services for Bankruptcy Courthouse in Little Rock, Arkansas. Request for Proposals (RFP) No. GS-07P-04-UTC-0004. This notice announces the requirements of the Government for full maintenance services for the Bankruptcy Courthouse in Little Rock, Arkansas. The General Services Administration (GSA) announces an opportunity for full maintenance services and is soliciting interest from qualified contractors desiring to compete in the procurement process for the referenced project. Prospective offerors shall notify the office of the Contracting Officer by electronic mail of their intent to submit an offer. The email address to send the message is camron.doss@gsa.gov. The email message is due to Camron Doss, Contracting Officer, by Wednesday, January 28, 2004. The email message shall include a brief statement of interest and personnel that will attend the site visit/pre-proposal conference (limited to 2 people). The Site visit/pre-proposal conference is scheduled for Wednesday, February 11, 2004 @ 10:00 AM, Central Time, in Little Rock, Arkansas. Attendance at the site visit/pre-proposal conference is not mandatory. The contractor selected for award shall provide all management, supervision, labor, materials, supplies, repair parts, tools and equipment and shall plan, schedule, coordinate and assure effective performance of all operations, maintenance, and custodial services for the Bankruptcy Courthouse in Little Rock, Arkansas. The tentative contract period is set to start on/around 03/15/04 to 03/14/05. The contract will have one base year, with one option year for total of 2 years. This contract will be acquired using FAR Part 15 Source Selection procedures with award based on best value concept. The anticipated release date for the RFP is on/about February 2, 2004. The solicitation, any documents relating to this procurement, and all amendments will be posted on the following website: http://webproc.gsa.gov. All potential offerors must register at this website and check this website frequently for the release of the solicitation, any documents relating to this procurement, and any amendments. Likewise, all questions relating to the solicitation, after it is issued, shall be posted using the above website. Technical proposals are do to the office of the Contracting Officer on Tuesday, February 17, 2004, at 2:00 PM, Central Time. After the technical proposals are evaluated, offerors who submitted technically acceptable proposals will be invited to submit pricing. The pricing will be submitted electronically using the GSA reverse auction website: http://webproc.gsa.gov. The reverse auction to submit pricing will occur on Wednesday, February 25, 2004 between the time of 10:00 AM and 11:00 AM. This will be the only allotted time to submit pricing. Pricing will not be accepted on no other circumstance or using another medium. This procurement is set-aside for small business. The range for this project is between $150,000 to $200,000. Bid and performance bonds are not required. However, all potential offerors shall be registered at the following website: www.ccr.gov. All responsive offers from responsible offerors will be considered.
