Description

The Contractor will provide all labor, plant, materials, supplies, equipment, facilities and appurtenances for "Replace Elevator Controls", Solicitation Number GS-10P-04-XJC-0032, at the Federal Building & USCH, located at 222 West 7th Ave., Anchorage, AK. The work includes but is not limited to the following. The general construction of replacement of elevator controls, motor-generator sets, and other related work to the elevators in the Federal Building and USCH including the annex building. Work also includes related electrical and mechanical work indicated in the documents. Work will be performed in accordance with the contract clauses, drawings and specification. Estimated magnitude of this project is $1,000,000 to $2,000,000. This a pre-solicitation notice only. Contractors who are interested in recieving plans and specification must submit a request for plans and specification via fax (907) 271-1941 or e-mail to the Contracting Officer, Christine.scott@gsa.gov not later than close of business (4:00 p.m. Alaska time)on Friday, February 6th, 2004. A bidder's mailing list will be available after that date. Estimated mail out date of specifications and drawings is February 9th, 2004. Any changes to this synopsis will be done by modification.
