Description

The 42nd Contracting Squadron at Maxwell AFB, AL intends to award a sole source contract to THE BUREAU OF NATIONAL AFFAIRS for the following items: 1200- Environmental Library- Network CD (Qty. 12) 1201- Patent, Trademark, and Copyright Journal (Qty 2) 1202- U.S. Patents Quarterly (Qty 3) 1203- Toxic Law Reporter (Qty 2) 1204- International Environmental Reporter (Qty 1) 1205- Government Employee Relations Reporter (Qty 4) 1206- Lawyer?s Manual on Professional Reporter (Qty 3) 1207- Employment Discrimination Report (Qty 1) 1208- Environmental Safety Compliance Calendar (Qty. 1) 1209- Health Law Reporter (Qty 8). This will be a firm-fixed price contract. If there are any other businesses that can provide the specific requirements they must respond by this notice before 1500 hrs. (Central Standard Time) on 03 Feb 04. If no responses are received by the above date, a sole source contract with THE BUREAU OF NATIONAL AFFAIRS will be pursued.
