Description

The 21st Contracting Squadron, Peterson Air Force Base (AFB), Colorado, 80914-1200, issues this presolicitation notice to advise all potential vendors of the requirement for Other Health Insurance Discovery function at the 21 Med Group, Peterson AFB, CO. The Medical Treatment Facility (MTF) requires the ability to continue development of its Other Health Insurance (OHI) Discovery program The Contractor shall provide all personnel, supervision, transportation and other items and services necessary to perform the OHI Discovery function as defined in the Statement of Work (SOW), except those specified as in paragraph 6, GOVERNMENT-FURNISHED ITEMS AND SERVICES, of the SOW. The Contractor shall perform to the standards in the SOW. This requirement uses the North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code 561440, and is in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) parts 12 and 13. The proposed contract award shall be a firm fixed-price. The basic period of performance is eight (8) months.
