- Description
- Schriever AFB 50th Contracting Squadron is conducting market research looking for sources that are interested in providing all labor, supervision, tools, materials, equipment, and other items necessary to perform Grounds Maintenance Services and Snow Removal, for the period 1 March 2005 through 28 February 2006, with four one-year option periods. This procurement has a Standard Industrial Classification (SIC) Code of 0782 with a size standard of $6M and a North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code of 561730. A Request for Proposal will be issued on or around 15 August 2004. Offerors will be required to submit past performance information and cost proposals for evaluation purposes. The solicitation package, Performance Work Statement - Quality Assurance Surveillance Plan, Wage Determination, and SF 1449 will be available on the Electronic Posting System (EPS) at www.eps.gov. All base maps must be requested in writing and will be issued on CD-ROM and require AUTOCAD version 2004 or newer to view. A hard copy of the entire package will be available for review at 50 CONS, Schriever AFB CO. Review requests must be scheduled prior to review. A site visit will be conducted at a date to be announced. Proposals are scheduled to be due NLT 1200 MST on 1 October 2004 at a location identified on the RFP SF 1449 Block 15.
