Required Delivery is 15 each, 120 Days After Contract Award (DACA). This item is restricted to Smiths Aerospace, Inc., Cage Code 19623 and McDonnell Douglas Helicopter Company, Cage Code 8V613, because the Government does not have adequate data, lacks rights to data, or both needed to purchase this part from additional sources. Firms that can produce the required item described above are encouraged to identify themselves. Firm s are encouraged to seek source approval in order to compete for future solicitation by accessing the website ww.redstone.army.mil/cmo/ and looking under SAR information. All responsible sources may submit an offer which shall be considered by the Agency. The closing date annotated is an estimated date and may be adjusted dependent upon the date of release of solicitation, however, solicitation will not close prior to the closing date stated above.
