PRON: AX4C0137AX, NSN: 3040-01-363-4365, PN: 145D5307-9, 9 each, applicable to the CH-47 Airframe, with deliveries to Texarkana, TX 75507-500. This item is restricted to The Boeing Company, Cage Code 77272, becau se this part requiring engineering source approval by the design control activity in order to maintain the quality of the part. Existing unique design capability, engineering skills, and manufacturing knowledge by the qualified source(s) require acquisiti on of the part from the approved source(s). Production Lead-time with First Article Testing is 9 each, 387 Days After Contract Award (DACA). Production Lead-time without First Article Testing is 9 each, 258 DACA. Production Lead-time with Article II Cl ause is 9 each, 323 DACA. Firms that can produce the required item described above are encouraged to identify themselves. Firms are encouraged to seek source approval in order to compete for future solicitation by accessing the website ww.redstone.army. mil/cmo/ and looking under SAR information. All responsible sources may submit an offer which shall be considered by the Agency. The closing date annotated is an estimated date and may be adjusted dependent upon the date of release of solicitation, howev er, solicitation will not close prior to the closing date stated above. Foreign firms are reminded that all requests for solicitation must be processed through their respective embassies. Adequate technical data is not available for this acquisition. A ll offerors must meet prequalification requirements in order to be eligible for award. THIS ACQUISITION CONTAINS TECHNICAL DATA WHOSE EXPORT IS RESTRICTED BY THE ARMS EXPORT CONTROL ACT (Title 22, USC., SEC 2751 ET SEQ) OR THE EXPORT ADMINISTRATION ACT ( Title 50, USC., APP 2401-2402) EXECUTIVE ORDER 121470.
