Description

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. US Army Corp of Engineers intends to award a sole source contract to Career Communications Group Inc. The solicitation number is W912HQ-04-T-0007, which is a request for quotation (RFQ). The solicitation incorporates provisions and clauses that are in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 01-18, NAICS 611430. The following FAR provisions apply: FAR 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors Commercial Items. Additional FAR DFAR clauses are applicable: 52.212-4, 52.212-5, 52.222-26, 52.232-33, 252.225- 7001 (ALT 1).
